FedEx will attempt delivery three business days in a row, if the package is undeliverable, FedEx will hold the order at Will Call for 3-5 days at one of their locations and then it is returned back to us. You can also sign up for FedEx delivery manager and request FedEx hold your package at a convenient pick up location locally. It is always best to ship to a place where someone 21 years or older will always be available to sign for the order.
