WINE CLUB

I updated my shipping address after my order was processed but, it is not reflected on my order confirmation email or order history within my account.

If you have updated your shipping address with our customer service team after your order was processed.  Note that we are unable to edit your order once it is processed therefore when you order ships, and you receive an email with a tracking number your original address will be referenced.

If you updated your shipping address within your wine club account and your order has been processed already you must reach out to our customer service team to inform so that they can correct your current order.

*Please remember that our warehouse team has updated your new shipping address within their system so the shipping label will have the correct new shipping address.  I apologize for the confusion in advance.
