How do I Get Replacement Orders or Refunds?
Hallmark Channel Wines strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. In the event of non-delivery of your order, if your order is damaged in transit or is incorrect, or you are not satisfied with your order for any other reason, please contact us by using the contact information provided below and we will use good faith efforts to rectify the issue, subject to all applicable laws. What is your return policy?
Alcoholic products cannot be returned however our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. Please contact our Customer Service department at [email protected].
How do I track and make changes to my delivery?
You can track your order and request changes to your delivery using the link we’ll send you in your order confirmation email.
Can I get my money back if the wine comes damaged?
If the wine is corked or damaged, we are happy to replace the product for you. Should a refund be the only option, refunds usually are completed 5-10 days after we learn of your issue.
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, prior to the order shipping, give contact us at [email protected].
Note: Many states have specific laws about the transfer and shipment of wine, so it isn’t always possible to cancel the delivery. Wines are generally shipped within 24 hours of ordering, so we try and act as quickly as possible.
