What happens if my shipment is sent back to the winery?Updated 6 months ago

FedEx will make three delivery attempts before returning the wine to us. If the wine is returned to the winery, you will be charged both the return shipping and the cost of reshipping your order to you.  We suggest that you provide an address that will ensure you receive the delivery, such as a place of business, with someone over the age of 21 present to sign for your order or you can designate a FedEx Hold Location near you.  Please use the following link to learn more FedEx | Tracking, Shipping, and Locations.
