Wine Club Customer Service


Each year, the Wine Club will offer four unique special reserve wines that will be seasonal shipments that will deliver on taste, value and most importantly – the perfect way to celebrate life’s special moments all year round.
Hallmark Channel Wine Club is offered in 3, 6 and 12 bottle options, each shipped quarterly to your doorstep. Wine Club offers start at just $48 (plus shipping) for the 3-bottle option, and just $96 for the 6-bottle option. The 12-bottle membership is priced at $179 and features complimentary shipping.
Each membership tier is stuffed with complimentary member benefits, bonus bottles of wine, tasting notes, food parings with delicious Hallmark Channel recipes, and ongoing discounts of all future Hallmark Channel Wine purchases.
These wines will be exclusive to wine club members only.

You will be billed quarterly in September, November, February, and May. Your credit card will be charged 5-7 business days prior to your order being shipped.

Due to legal restrictions, we are only permitted to ship wine to the following states, no exceptions can be made, and we cannot ship international:

AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY,OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY

Quarterly in September, November, February, and May. There are no forms to fill out, phone calls to make or emails to send.  The wine comes to you automatically unless you wish to cancel.

For as long as you are happy and want to continue with your membership.  There is no minimum or maximum commitment requirement.

You will receive an email notification that your credit card has been processed and your shipment is being prepared.  5-7 business days after that you will receive an email notification with your UPS tracking number.  You will see a charge from Hallmark Channel Wines on your credit card statement.

Shipping wine can be quite pricey (think heavy boxes, wine compliance fees, signature required & specialized packaging) so we have a set reduced, flat rate price of $22 for Silver, $15 for Gold and Shipping Included for Platinum wine club members.  All shipping is UPS ground.  These rates only apply to your wine club quarterly shipments.

We will charge your credit card 5-7 business days prior to your wine club being shipped out. For most of the West Coast, wine shipments are delivered 2 to 3 business days later. For East Coast addresses, wine shipments are delivered between 5 to 10 business days. When your release is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

To change the shipping address log into “My Account”, “Address Book” or contact Rosie, Wine Club Manager at [email protected].  If the order has already shipped, you will be charged a UPS Rerouting Fee of $20 per package to change the destination.

If you have forgotten your password, click on “My Account”, “Forgot your password” follow the prompts to reset your password, you can find this on the account log in page.

10% discount on all wines purchased outside of your wine club shipment.  This discount is combinable with any sales that are also being offered.

Log into your account and your 10% discount will automatically be applied.  No code is necessary.  Please remember that a two-bottle minimum is required at check out.

We hate to see you go, but if you wish, you may cancel your membership any time before your quarterly billing by logging into “My Account” then go to “Club Membership”, scroll down just below your “Ship To” address and you will see cancel club.

UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the wine to us. If the wine is returned to the winery, you will be charged both the return shipping and the cost of reshipping your order to you.  We suggest that you provide an address that will assure you receive the delivery, such as a place of business, with someone over the age of 21 present to sign for your order or you can designate a UPS Access Point near you.  Please use the following link to learn more UPS Access Point® Locations | UPS – United States

In the unlikely event that a bottle arrives damaged or corked (we inspect the wines incredibly closely before shipment), notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem for you.

Yes.  You can choose an alternate shipping date, please contact Rosie, Wine Club Manager at [email protected] to make these arrangements.  Please note that this arrangement must be made at least one week prior to the shipment being processed.

To place your membership on hold you can visit “My Account” then go to “Club Membership”, scroll down just below your “Ship To” address and you will see “Put your club on hold”. You will then be able to enter a start date and end date.

Currently, we are not offering customizable shipments.  These will be set quarterly shipments. Our winemaker chooses the wine based on the season and of course what our Hallmark customers would most enjoy!

No, currently all orders are only available by shipping.

Yes of course!  Wine club memberships make the perfect gift.  You will need to create a new account.  When entering information in the “Bill To” section please enter your own, in the “Ship To” section please enter the recipient’s information that you are gifting to.

For each registered member, we collect the member’s shipping address, email address, IP address and other information. The information we collect is used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual member and is used by us to contact members regarding their accounts. This information is not shared with other organizations or vendors for commercial purposes without the member’s consent.

Unfortunately, wine cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.  Someone 21 year of age or older must sign for the package as it contains alcohol.
