You may enter Hallmark Channel Wines Sweepstakes sponsored by Wines That Rock (“Sponsor”) by on-line entry. The Sweepstakes administrator is RZO Interactive, 250 West 57th Street, Suite 1101 NY, NY 10107 (the “Administrator”), whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects.To enter: Beginning at approximately 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time (EST) on May 12, 2022, and ending at 11:59 p.m. EST on June 12, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”) access to the Hallmark Channel Wines Sweepstakes application on the Facebook platform is at facebook.com/HallmarkChannelWines and HallmarkChannelWines.com/winthis and follow the instructions to submit an entry. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All online entries must be transmitted and received between 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time (EST) on May 12, 2022, and ending at 11:59 p.m. EST on June 12, 2022. There will be a total of two (2) drawings for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.

2. PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING
   Prizes are as follows:
   Two Winners will receive one $200 gift certificate redeemable on hallmarkchannelwines.com, All My Worries are Gone Wine Tumbler (2) $40, Beautiful Day Popcorn Bowl $30, Happily Ever After Crew Socks $13, Happily Ever After Stemless Wine Glasses (2) $30, HC Sticker Pack $8, You Had Me At Aloha (DVD) $15, and Country Hearts (book) $16. Prizes & Tickets will be made available to Winner via email and mail. Proper ID is required. The total retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes to be awarded is $352 per Winner. Odds of winning any one prize depend on the number of eligible non-winning entries received prior to each individual drawing.  Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) electronic or digital transmissions or any entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed or misdirected; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants’ or any person’s computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; (iv) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules; (v) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, (vi) any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of prizes/prize winners/finalists; or (vii) malfunctions or interference resulting from illicit, malicious or injurious code (including but not limited to viruses, worms and denial of service attacks).  If the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to, transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and reserves the right, but shall not be obligated, to select winners from among all non-suspect entries received as of the date/time of such termination/cancellation or modification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and prosecute any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry/voting process or who votes using any automatic or programmed entry duplication method.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR OTHERWISE CORRUPT THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BYLAW.

3. LIMIT
   Limit One (1) prize per person or dwelling during the Sweepstakes Period. There are no additional entry considerations for “votes” or likes on your photos.
4. RANDOM DRAWING
   Winners will be determined by random drawings from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator on or about the days indicated in Rule #1. Once an eligible entry is made, it will be carried forward to any remaining drawings (if any remain).Winners are only eligible to win once during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail whichever is appropriate as determined by the Administrator. Winners may also be posted on the winner’s page of the Sweepstakes site facebook.com/hallmarkchannelwines as well as Hallmarkchannelwines.com and may be announced by news release. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules.  Valid entries received by the dates and times set forth in Rule #1 will be eligible for the corresponding drawing on or about the next day. Proof of e-mailing and/or registering does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by Sponsor. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and agree to waive all rights and remedies at law or in equity for any claim they may have relating to this Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned, and decision of judges is final.

5. PRIZES
   Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes. No cash option available.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.  Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of prize will not be awarded in any form. Winners are responsible for the difference between Winner’s final purchase price using the prize and the ARV. Dollar amounts are expressed in U.S. currency. Prizes are non-transferable, and no prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed. All income taxes on prizes are the winners’ sole responsibility. All prizes will be awarded according to these Official Rules.

6. DISCLAIMER NOTICES
   If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the chosen winner is unable to attend the event for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize and/or participation in prize-related activities constitutes winners’ agreement to hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Investigation Discovery and their respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees and agents of each of them (individually and collectively for the purposes of this Paragraph 6, “Sweepstakes Parties”) from and against any injuries, losses or damages arising in any way from or in connection with their participation in this promotion, the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Sweepstakes Parties’ reliance upon their compliance with these rules, or their participation in prize-related activities, further constitutes the agreement by each winner that the Sweepstakes Parties may use their names, voices, likenesses and/or biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation.
7. ELIGIBILITY
   This Sweepstakes is open to legal US residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, and any United States possession or territory. The employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, Hallmark Channel, their respective parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, Sponsor’s advertising and promotions companies, alcoholic beverage licensees, and members of the immediate families (defined as any parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) or households of any of the above are not eligible to participate. No purchase is required for participation in the sweepstakes.  Those entering must be of legal drinking age (at least 21 years old) and prizes of alcoholic beverages are prohibited. The winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older and must sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) prior to issuance of travel documents. Name and pictures may or may not be used as promotional material.  Facebook Inc. does not endorse Sponsor’s products and is not affiliated with this Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and the Administrator. Hallmark Channel and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration, or execution of this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.

8. LIST OF PRIZE WINNERS/ENTRY BY MAIL

   The information you provide will be used for verification of your eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes, to contact you in the event you are selected as a potential winner, and as necessary to comply with applicable laws. If you indicate your consent, Sponsor may use the information you provide to solicit your preferences and opinions or to contact you about other promotions, products, and services which Sponsor believes may be of interest to you. You may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by clicking the “opt out” link that will be included in any email sent to you. Your information will be deleted from Sponsor’s files in a reasonable amount of time. 10. USE OF IMAGES AND CONTENT SUBMITTED
    The information you provide will be used by Sponsor’s organization, its subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns, the right to use, publish, and reproduce, for all purposes, your name, pictures of you with product, general images submitted, or electronic (video) form, sound and video recordings of my voice, and printed and electronic copy of the information described in sections above in any and all media including, without limitation, cable and broadcast television and the Internet, and for exhibition, distribution, promotion, advertising, sale, press conferences, meetings, hearings, educational conferences and in brochures and other print media. This permission extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or hereafter devised. This permission shall continue forever.  By entering the sweepstakes, you waive the right to receive any payment for use of any of the material described above and acknowledge that I have read the foregoing. All photos, images, content submitted via the sweepstakes mechanism will become the property of Wines That Rock. By entering this sweepstakes, I hereby grant Wines That Rock, LLC permission to use my likeness and submissions in any and all of its publications. By submitting an entry into the sweepstakes, users agree that all content will become the property of Wines That Rock, LLC. Users waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the content.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
    Crown, Sponsor, prize providers, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, those working on their behalf, and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (“Promotion Entities”) are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Promotion. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any misdirected, lost, late, inaccurate, or incomplete Entries (or e-mails or other communications), and such Entries will be void. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for: (a) any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, errors, delays, disconnections, or unavailability, (b) garbled or jumbled transmissions, (c) service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, (d) unauthorized human intervention or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or the failure to capture any such information. All Entries and other materials submitted by entrants in connection with this Promotion become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
